The Fluxair collection was born and draws innovations from the automotive sector and from constant research into advanced materials, ergonomics and the physiology of sleep. Morfeus’ bet with Pininfarina’s precious projects was to create advanced rest systems capable of adequately responding to the subjective rest needs of each individual and ensuring superior psycho-physical well-being over time. A careful development of innovative materials and increasingly in-depth investigations into the ergonomics and physiology of sleep have given birth to a new world that makes sleep a privileged moment to cure, regenerate and prevent. SILVER FAR YARN FABRIC
The products of the Fluxair collection exclusively use the Silver Far Yarn fabric, a yarn characterized by a combination of polypropylene and other elements, ionized minerals of different nature and species which, interacting between they allow the release of FAR rays, able to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life. In fact, it is known that infrared rays produced by hot bodies, and in particular far infrared rays, at a particular FIR or FAR wavelength have therapeutic properties.

The study of the aerodynamic flows from the outside to the inside and on the surface of the mattress favors the exchange of air and the optimal microclimate in every season. To facilitate these processes, special 3D fabrics with innovative breathable capabilities have been developed in the mattresses of the Fluxair collection. Thanks to Vortex 2x3D, used for the high transpiration bands of FluxAir mattresses, sleep will be fresh, dry, hygienic, safe and controlled over time.

AQUACELL
The exclusive water-based and biopolymer-based polyurethane breathes with every movement of the body thanks to the super breathable open cell structure. It is highly modeling on the body for a correct and relaxing rest, it is fresh and healthy because the open cell structure instantly disperses moisture and heat with every movement of the body. Aquacell is environmentally friendly (no CFC), it is hypoallergenic and safe for health because it does not release formaldehyde or harmful volatile agents (Cosmos Qualitas Low Emission Mattresses certificate).
FluxAir exclusively uses Aquacell Essence M.A.C. (super performing) and Aquacell Essence Evo (soft and super elastic thanks to the addition of a percentage of latex to the mixture).
The intelligent temperature
F-ONE THERMOGEL MEMORY PADDING
It is the advanced visco-memory padding with millions of thermo-active gel nanospheres which, in addition to a soft and delicate contact on the skin, thermally stabilizes the body temperature for the duration of sleep. During the deeper stages of sleep, when the body’s temperature is higher, the gel nanospheres become thermo-active, storing heat and lowering the skin’s temperature. The captured heat is then gradually returned to the skin by the nanospheres during the REM sleep phase when the body is colder.
